This year’s event will honor CPW’s 2008 Vision Award Honorees, photographer Lilo Raymond and Neil C. Trager founding director of the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz and feature CPW’s 30th annual benefit auction of contemporary and classic photographs featuring 78 contemporary and classic photographs.

Auction proceeds directly support the creative programs of the Center for Photography at Woodstock, a not-for-profit arts and educational organization. Please support the arts.

Erika Larsen was born in Washington, D.C. in 1976. She received an MFA in Computer Graphics Design and BFA in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is currently based in New York City and represented by Redux Pictures. Her work appears regularly in magazines such as Time, Newsweek, Fortune, Small Business and Redbook, covering a range of topics including family life, religion and spirituality, and rural America. Her most notable work to date is her immersion into the world of hunting which began in 2003, and in 2005 she became a contributing photographer to Field & Stream Magazine. This work has been recognized by World Press Photo, American Society of Magazine Editors, American Photography, Society of Photographers and others. She received a 2007 Fellowship from the New Jersey State Council of the Arts for the completion of her latest body of work, Young Blood.
